Sonja BorgmannSonja Borgmann is an International Relations and film double-major from Carleton College. Sonja is pursuing a career in documentary film and is interested in covering how communities who have experienced war go about healing from those conflicts. She is excited about gaining the research and reporting skills for written journalism, to use in documentary film production.

 

Monica StarrMonica Starr is a student at Denison University in Granville, Ohio, where she studies International Studies, Communication and Narrative Journalism. This past summer she worked in Lincoln, Nebraska at NET, an NPR and PBS affiliate where she co-produced a podcast about the 2018 Farm Bill. She is a lover of all things postal and would spend her days listening to podcasts, drinking tea and writing letters if she could.

Marissa HankMarissa Hank is a student at Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts, majoring in Anthropology with a minor in Art History. She has worked as the Arts Editor at her college’s newspaper, The Sophian. When she’s not in the newsroom, she enjoys dancing and traveling.
